Mr. Graham has been involved in financial management and business operations for more than 22 years, and for the last 16 years, has worked in cellular communications. He has held various executive positions at McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless/Cingular, and he has managed cellular communications business development in more than 15 countries. In 1995, Mr. Graham led a team that successfully secured a $1 billion commitment for Indian cellular licenses, a business that grew to become, Idea Cellular—a company that is presently one of India’s largest cellular operators. To help the company advance, Mr. Graham was asked by the board to serve as CEO for a period of time, and to oversee the company’s 1,500+ employees and more than 1.5 million subscribers. As part of his involvement in India, he helped negotiate the first non-recourse telecommunications project finance debt facility in Indian history, valued at more than $283 million, and concluded multiple mergers and acquisition transactions that each exceeded $150 million.

Presently, Mr. Graham is serving as the Vice President of Business Development for SeaMobile, Inc. an extremely successful new enterprise making a name for itself for at-sea wireless voice and data communications. In this capacity, Mr. Graham is charged with expanding the depth of the SeaMobile’s product mix and the breadth of the target market.
Mr. Graham holds an M.B.A. from Seattle University and an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Washington, where he lettered for three years as a member of the varsity crew team. Mr. Graham resides in the Seattle area.
